A King’s Ransom

It is being reported that the Rangers have signed Henrik Lundqvist to a 6 year deal worth more than $6.5-million a year. No matter how you slice it, the King is the King and he may be struggling a bit right now but as I already have addressed, I think his slump is more due to his father’s health issues than anything else. 

 In my opinion, this is a great signing. The Blueshirts have not seen this kind of stability in goal since the day’s of Mike Richter and we all know how that worked out. Here’s to 6 more great seasons of the King.
